昨天，溫州首家大型O2O網絡實體互聯購物商場—萬膳購物廣場，在南塘街1、2、3號樓負一層正式開業。據悉，萬膳未來將在社區成立24小時送貨到家的社區體驗店，圍繞“網絡商城+大型購物廣場+社區體驗館”O2O電子商務模式，構建集電子商務、購物、百貨、餐飲、娛樂等為一體的溫州本地商業生態圈。
市民李女士購物時經常遇到這樣的煩惱：網購實惠、便捷，但有時買的跟看的有較大差別；逛實體店要精挑細選，自己又沒那么多時間，頗為糾結。萬膳商城能夠解決像李女士這樣的購物煩惱。
O2O全稱為Online to Offline，即將線下商務機會與互聯網結合在一起，它彌補了網購中缺乏體驗的弊端，同時享受到網購的便捷、優惠。萬膳商場負責人介紹，消費者可以先在萬膳線上商城選好貨，再到實體店萬膳購物廣場體驗，同城線上支付線下提貨，方便又實在。
作為萬膳商城線下布局的核心，萬膳購物廣場位于印象南塘街1、2、3號樓地下一層，毗鄰溫州大南商圈和時代商圈。該商場集倉庫物流、陳列展示、綜合服務、信息管理于一體，而且獨家首創商城6點早市工程，早上6點鐘開門營業，為市民提供綠色農家生鮮。
“線上下單，線下當天提貨，經營生鮮類產品是萬膳商城的特色。”萬膳商城負責人介紹。按照規劃，線下店將開到社區門口。未來萬膳商城將在全城布局社區體驗館，就近為消費者提供商品選購、便民增值服務等支持24小時送貨到家，成為市民的好鄰居。據介紹，萬膳線上商城經營箱包、服飾、家電、數碼、母嬰等全品類，每天更新最熱最新商品，定期推出繽紛優惠活動，滿足網購群體一站式多樣化的購物需求，同時也是當前溫州首家統一采購、統一運營、全托管自營的大型網絡購物平臺。
