為了吸引消費者購買健康食品,兩位來自新墨西哥州大學的研究人員采用一些富有創意的“小手段”,試圖潛移默化地影響人們的購買行為。
他們使用的方法包括在購物車內放置一個約一英尺寬的鏡子,以防止人們被購物的快感沖昏頭腦,提醒他們自己來此的真正目的;此外,研究人員還在購物車里張貼海報,告知消費者農產品的銷售數量,并在地上涂上大大的綠色箭頭,引導人們前往農產品購買區。
據新墨西哥州的試點超市稱,采用這種手段后,超市農產品的銷量在一周內上升了10%。
